Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, in its original condition, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Return or Exchange Conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must not be used or opened.
The packaging must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
The order number or invoice must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
Products Not Eligible for Return After Opening:
Novera Care does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, especially products related to health or personal care, in order to protect customer safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If the customer receives a damaged product or a product different from the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and order number.
After review, Novera Care will arrange the return or exchange based on the case assessment.
Return or Exchange Shipping Cost:
If the return or exchange is due to an error by Novera Care or confirmed product damage, Novera Care will cover the shipping cost.
If the return or exchange is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.
Refunds:
