Novera Care provides delivery service across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping companies.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time usually ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the city and region.

Shipping cost:

Unified shipping fee of 12 Saudi Riyals (including VAT) within the Kingdom. Shipping is free for orders totaling 199.00 Riyals or more.

Cash on delivery:

When choosing cash on delivery, a collection fee of (7 riyals) is added and clearly appears in the order summary before confirming the purchase.

Track Order:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via text message or email to follow your shipment.

International Orders:

International shipping may be available to selected countries depending on destination, city, and shipping provider.
